Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
